The open-plan kitchen has a spacious cooking island with luxury appliances, such as a boiling water tap, combi-oven oven, dishwasher and a Nespresso machine. It has three bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, with a double washbasin, shower and toilet. One bathroom is also equipped with a bath. This villa also features an additional study on the ground floor. The study can also be used as a nursery, and a cot is provided. From the patio doors in the lounge, there is access to the balcony, where you and your guests can take in the Limburg landscape. You also have a lounge with a very big outdoor kitchen and a deck on the waterfront. There are 2 parking spaces with a charging point for electric cars near the accommodation.
