Cozy and modern two-room apartment with private parking and garden. The apartment is on the ground floor of a building in the historic center of Bonate Sopra, and has a separate entrance. Furnished with design details and industrial flooring, it has a spacious living area with kitchen, dining table, sofa bed, double bed, bathroom and washing machine. Ideal for reaching Bergamo, the airport and all of Lombardy. Warning: TV and air conditioning are not present. The space housed our design and architecture studio before we moved to Stockholm, it had an "industrial" feeling at that time. Now it has been converted into a modern two-rooms apartment with design details, an equipped kitchen, dining table and living room. The master bedroom has a large wardrobe and a pleasant relax corner with armchair. Private bathroom with shower. Washing machine, fridge, oven and microwave. Linen and cooking essentials (coffee, oil, sugar, salt etc.) available in the apartment. High chair and crib available upon request. Private parking inside the courtyard with gate and a garden all for you exclusively. The back of the house has a beautiful pergola where we spent many evenings with friends, now you can enjoy it as well. From spring to autumn the patio is equipped with table and chairs. Please note: there are no TV and air conditioning. Guest access SELF CHECK-IN In case of self check-in, the gate will be left unlocked in order to access the internal courtyard. You will find a padlock attached to the gutter on the left side of the façade. Enter the code we'll provide to open the lock and remove the keys. HOW TO ACCESS THE APARTMENT Lift the lid of the socket compartment located to the left of the entrance, next to the doorbell button. Insert the smaller key into the slot and turn it 90°. Holding the key in that position, press the button above to lift the shutter. Return the key to the upright position and remove it. Use the oval key to open the glass door. Repeat the same procedure also to lower the shutter and exit. SELF CHECK-OUT In case of self check-out you will find a lock attached to the gutter pipe to the left of the facade. Make sure the door and all shutters are closed, then set the code we provided to open the box and insert the keys. Close the lock. Leave the gate closed but unlocked.
