Listed accommodation: "3* Furnished Tourist Accommodation" by the Landes Departmental Tourism Committee. On the ground floor of our house. Capacity of 4 people +1 baby maximum. Located in a quiet area, close to various shops. 5 minutes from the city center and 5 km from the beaches. Located in the center of a triangle DAX, HOSSEGOR, BIARRITZ, 20 minutes from Capbreton, its port, its casino and Hossegor golf course, 21 km from Biarritz airport, 7 km from Bayonne train station and 45 minutes from Spain. The space Located in a subdivision on the ground floor of a detached house, the three-star apartment is however completely independent of our accommodation located upstairs and has its own entrance. A lockbox with code is reserved for you. The latter will be given to you on arrival with the wifi code. In the immediate vicinity (on foot) A pharmacy, a bakery, a bar, tobacco shop/newspaper stand - FDJ/hotel and recently a LIDL 200 meters away. By car, a CARREFOUR shopping mall and various shops Flexible HOURS, yes and no. Check-in time is scheduled for 4:00 p.m. but you can leave your luggage to have peace of mind before entering the accommodation. However, if there is no checkout on the day of your arrival, you can take possession of the accommodation by 2 p.m. or earlier. We’ll keep you posted Checkout time is strictly scheduled for 10 a.m. However, if there is no check-in on the day of your checkout, you can leave the property later. We'll also keep you posted. SMOKING OR VAPING ***** Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited in the accommodation as well as at the windows. You may be charged a fee if deodorization, environmental sanitation and other cleaning work is to be carried out. Thank you for understanding BEDROOMS ***** Both bedrooms, each with a 140 bed, are in a row but are separated by a door. It is therefore necessary to go through one bedroom to access the second. Work should be done later to make the second bedroom independent. Bed and bath linens are provided (not beach linens). They will be replaced for stays longer than seven days. CLEANING We do not charge a cleaning fee, which is why we leave cleaning equipment at your disposal in order to carry out an effective cleaning before your departure and therefore, to leave the apartment in the same condition as you found it. Thank you in advance. KITCHEN Fully-equipped kitchen: 1 Tassimo espresso machine and pods, 1 coffee maker with filters, toaster, kettle, teapot, Washing machine and dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, refrigerator with freezer section ***, and everything you need for the kitchen that you will find in the drawers and cupboards. Search, you're at home for the time of your stay. ARRIVAL (See photo under "kitchen") For your arrival, we provide you with the basic necessities such as: ground coffee, pods for Tassimo, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, etc. Some tenants leave food products such as pasta, drinks, etc. We only remove open products. So you can use the ones you find. You'll also have 2 rolls of toilet paper and a roll of paper towels. All these products will not be renewed during your stay, so be prepared. Many shops are nearby to meet your needs. MEALS You have a dining area inside with a table and four chairs as well as outside (see photos). Mosquitoes are back, so remember to protect yourself. To do this, the accommodation is equipped with two liquid diffuser plugs equipped with their refill. Remember to replace them. LIVING ROOM 80 cm screen TV and digital TV channel reception. New sofa bed Coffee table Tourist documentation: you have at your disposal some flyers about activities, restaurants etc. We get our information from the Seignanx tourist office located in Ondres, (neighboring municipality) with which we work. (See photo under "Garage" section) You will benefit from a shared garden plot only for lawn maintenance and watering plants. Other things to note You can walk or bike around the neighborhood. about 2 km away, Castillon Park: This is an 18th century estate, wooded, with a lake. It is crisscrossed by forest trails.
