Dear guests, we are delighted to introduce our charming 3-story, 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom light filled and very spacious townhouse located in the heart of the city. Built in the 17th century, our house offers a unique and authentic experience, with spacious and well-appointed rooms to ensure complete comfort during your stay. We are looking forward to hosting you! The space Welcome to our charming 3-story townhouse, nestled in the heart of Salies-de-Béarn. Built in 1662, this 17th Century home blends historic character with modern comforts, offering a truly unique and authentic French experience. The ground floor tiled entry opens to a large lounge room equipped with internet television and featured wood heater. Walk through to a fully equipped, country-style kitchen and dining area. French doors then open onto a private courtyard, ideal for al fresco dining or just enjoying the town's clean, fresh air. A barbecue is also available for your use. When you ascend the light filled wooden staircase to the second floor, you will discover two double bedrooms. Each bedroom features it's own full ensuite bathroom, complete with linens and towels for your convenience. The third floor offers a bedroom with two single beds, a full bathroom, plus an open lounge area with a sofa bed. Wall radiators are also located throughout the house for your ease and comfort. Situated just one street away from the town square, our accommodation is a short walk from all amenities, including cafes, bakeries, restaurants, bars, and spas. A Michelin awarded restaurant is located just around the corner! Salies is renowned for its therapeutic thermal magnesium salt baths, offering a truly relaxing and healing experience. With Spain just an hour away and beaches within 40 minutes, our location is ideal for exploring the regions many quaint towns. Find a treasure in the many gorgeous regional brocantes (bric-a-brac). You have private access to the entire house and courtyard during your stay. Please note that the house is not wheelchair accessible. Other things to note We are pleased to confirm that all cotton linen and towels are provided for your stay. Please let us know how many guests will be staying so that we can ensure adequate supplies. For those with younger children, we also have a port-a-cot and highchair available. However, we kindly remind you that not all areas of the property may be toddler-safe. As an extra welcome, we offer all our guests a small arrival gift and a comprehensive guidebook of Salies-de-Béarn, which we will share with you prior to your arrival.
