Christina's summer house + pool in Kefalas Chania.

This 70sqm villa is located in the beautiful Kefalas village, in the picturesque Apokoronas region. It consists of 2 floors and can accommodate 4 to 5 people.There are2 bedrooms (each with a double bed), one big bathroom,a small living room open plan with the kitchen and a small wc. In the yard there is the 46sqm pool. Kefalas is a village in north Crete.The distance from Almirida beach is 8km, Georgioupoli beach 10km, Kalives beach 9km, Chania city 33 km and from Rethimno 32km. The space The villa is located in a beautiful yard with view to the sea. (one more villa in the same yard is inhabited ocassionally). As you enter the big yard to go to the main entrance of the villa you see the swimming pool (46 sqm). The villa can accommodate 4 to 5 people. It consists of two floors. On the first floor there are two bedrooms (each with a double bed) and one big bathroom. Each bedroom has its own balcony , the one with panoramic sea view (you look over Georgioupolis bay to Rethymno ) and the other with view to the fields. From the main entrance on the ground floor you ender a small living room open plan with the kitchen. In the kitchen there is a second door leading to a small backyard where the guests usually take their breakfast , since the sun in the morning is facing the opposite direction. There also is a small wc . One more person can be accommodated on the comfortable sofa of the living room. As the villa was so far inhabited by the owners (for vacation), it is fully furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped. There are a washing machine and two televisions (one in the living room and one in the one of the bedrooms) , air conditioning in the living room and the bedrooms and a solar panel for the warming of the water. The windows and balcony doors have fly screens.There is also a portable crib that you can set up if you have a baby. There is a private parking area just outside of the property and a small garden with indigenous trees. You can make the villa a starting point to explore not only Apokoronas (an area with natural beauty , amazing beaches and authentic and beautiful villages) but all the Chania and Rethymnon counties.
