Close to the city center of a charming little village, Damazan is a stone's throw from the Garonne Lateral Canal (5 minutes from the highway, 30 minutes from Agen and 1 hour from Bordeaux or Toulouse). The studio is independent of the house, it is located on our property. A 140 double bed, walk-in shower, toilet, TV, Wi-Fi, kettle with tea and coffee and access to a terrace near the vegetable garden. This is still a bedroom and not a kitchen, no fridge or stove.
