Bellevue - Fantastic view on the sunny slope

My property is right in the centre of a small mountain village. The apartment offers a fantastic view of the mountains and the valley. Absolutely quiet location, yet only 100m from the village center and bus stop. A grocery store, bakery and pizzeria are located 150m from the Apartment. My place is good for couples and families with children because of the swimming pool (open from October to April) and the two playrooms and playground The space My apartment is cozy but still equipped with everything you need. This includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area with a large table for 6 people, and a living room with TV, DVD and stereo. Kettle and coffee maker are also available. WiFi is available in the apartment. Guest access The whole apartment is exclusively reserved for you. Other things to note In the house, there is a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer, which is available to all tenants. Use is paid for a fee (50 cents per 40 minutes). In the neighboring house is the swimming pool (open only in the winter semester from October to April) as well as the two games rooms. A children's playground is outside the house. Grocery, restaurant and bus stop are 100 m from the apartment. Summer outdoor swimming pool and winter ski lift are 1 km from the apartment. The train station is 5 km from the apartment.
