You will enjoy the wonderful sounds of the river, which flows through the backyard. It’s perfect if you want to have your own privacy and romantic breakfast on the balcony or in the yard. It provides full privacy, safety and comfort, representing the ideal destination for high-profile clients who value their peace and quiet. This unique and modern property puts you in the middle of the landscape with glass and steel sliding windows and walls, a spacious terrace, balconies and a boost of natural light. Enjoy the natural light in-doors, watch the sunrise and sunset from your bedroom, living room, kitchen, or outdoors. Just pick your favorite spot! You will love the feeling of being at home in our Villa. The Space If you need a parking spot there is a garage available. The home is surrounded by luscious vegetation. Thus, it has lots of shade. There are two decks in the backyard and the back patio to sit and enjoy the cool breeze of the river during the hot summer days. This is a great spot for your morning cup of coffee and it's a great place to relax. The house is very clean and ready for you to occupy. The spacious kitchen has shaded windows and is equipped with an electric and gas stove with an oven, large fridge, dishwasher, workspace and breakfast table for your use. However, in our opinion, it is best to have breakfast on the covered terrace in front of the dining and living room, where there is a second large round table with aluminum chairs and cushions. Two bedrooms upstairs have balconies and both face the Neretva River. One has a king size bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds, as does the third bedroom, which comes out on the lower terrace towards the river. There is also another shared bathroom on the main floor. The bedrooms and restrooms have clean linens available. Although, if you prefer to bring your own, please do not hesitate to do so. A washing machine, iron and board are located in the laundry room. The laundry is dried naturally, on the upper balcony, in the sun and wind. There is one cozy corner in the garden for sitting on cushions to enjoy early mornings and the moonlight during the evenings. Kids are welcome Sometimes, around the evening, a hedgehog with a big appetite arrives at the garden, making it lot of fun for kids to feed it. In hot summer days, children may enjoy playing in the garden, splashing with water, swinging on swings, or just simple chasing each other through the house and garden. A deck chair and a bicycle are at guests' disposal. We include Free WIFI and cable. Please bring your wireless and streaming devices. Guest access You will have access to the whole 160 m2 big house and 50m2 big yard. Other things to note There is no need for me to be home for you to “check in.” Once you have made an arrangement and booking, the house is ready for your stay. The next-door neighbor will open the door for you, give you the keys as well as try to answer to all of the questions you may have. Mostar, great city to visit Old Bridge is a 16th century, Ottoman-style Bridge and Mostar’s most notable architectural landmark. Stretching 28 meters across the Neretva River, it connects the two sides of the city. Karagöz Bey Mosque is a 16th century Ottoman mosque. Kravice Waterfalls, Blagaj Tekke, Pocitelj is a fortified medieval town just 30 km from Mostar. Medjugorje town near Mostar, unofficial place of Catholic pilgrimage since the Virgin Mary allegedly appeared on Apparition Hill in 1981.
