The apartment on the first floor, which is suitable for 1-4 people and has a total size of approx. 100 square meters, is located in a former farmhouse, which was built in the 18th century. The house is located in the middle of a large garden, in the village center and is quietly located. In the past, each farm had at least one fireplace, which you will find in the form of a fireplace in the living room. The space Vacation from the start. Just unpack the suitcase, the beds are already made, the vacation begins. The living room has a TV and a radio with CD player, some books and CDs. For safety, a carbon monoxide detector has been installed. In the adjoining room, a reading corner is set up. A desk for any work and Wi-Fi are available. Next to the living room there is a closed kitchen with direct access to the outdoor terrace. The kitchen has all the things you are used to from home: fridge/freezer, dishwasher, ceramic stovetop, oven, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. A vacuum cleaner and cleaning products are also provided. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed (180 × 200 cm) and one with two single beds (90 × 200 cm). In one bedroom you will be surrounded by flowers and all without the risk of hay fever. Because what is a visit to the countryside without flowers? The other bedroom is decorated in cheerful, clear colors. Both bathrooms have windows. The guest toilet is small but it serves its purpose. In the bathroom, we have a barrier-free shower that has only a minimal edge. However, it is not accessible with a wheelchair or walker. The washing machine is in the bathroom and a towel dryer ensures dry towels. In the hallway there is a clothes rack. A second covered outdoor terrace allows you to stay outside even in the rain in summer. Here you will also find an outlet to charge your e-bikes. You can park your car right in front of the house. In the large garden there are still benches to linger and 2 loungers to relax. Towels and bed linens are included. As a welcome, you will receive a jar of honey from our own beekeeping. Pets aren't allowed. No smoking inside the apartment. Ashtrays are available outside. In the apartment you will not find any carpeting. The bedding is washable and suitable for allergy sufferers, as it is without feather filling. The apartment is barrier-free, as no steps have to be overcome.
