The house, equipped with a swimming pool, is located two km from the town and overlooks the valley. It enjoys complete autonomy and allows guests to live in a typical farmhouse with antique furniture. Guests have exclusive access to the property. The other house overlooking the courtyard (it was a small village) is also my property and is closed during the guests' stay. I chose to have few guests to ensure more peace of mind for them and me. The space The house, from the 1700s, like the old farmhouses of Monferrato, opens onto a staircase that leads to the upper floor. On the ground floor, which is the living area, we find on the right a living room with a sofa and fireplace. To the right of the staircase, the kitchen (with dishwasher) opens onto a hallway and a bathroom with washing machine. Upstairs we find another bathroom with a bathtub and two bedrooms, one double and the other with two beds. The porch, with tables and a rudimentary kitchen with soapstone, is at guests' complete disposal. Under the porch, their bicycles can be placed. Guest access All those pertaining to the house: courtyard, swimming pool and porch. The pool is for the exclusive use of guests; during their absence, I take care of the cleaning and take a few baths. Other things to note The pool will be open on April 1st this year. The house has a photovoltaic system and, available to my guests, the column for electric cars. Daytime use is recommended. There are air conditioners in the bedrooms and fans in the other rooms. Mosquito nets are everywhere. I have a dog, Era, who does not leave my yard as it is separated from the guest yard by a fence. You can park between the two houses. Any other car can be parked on my little street below the house.
