The house, with swimming pool, is located two km from the town and overlooks the valley . It enjoys complete autonomy and allows guests to live in a typical farmhouse with antique furniture. Guests have the exclusive availability of the property. The other house overlooking the courtyard (it was a small village) is always my property and is closed during the stay of guests. I chose to have few guests to guarantee them and me more peace of mind. The space The house, from the 18th century, like the old farmhouses of Monferrato, opens onto a staircase that leads to the upper floor. On the ground floor, destined for the living area, we find on the right, a living room with sofa and fireplace. To the right of the ladder, the kitchen (with dishwasher) opens onto a hallway and a bathroom with washing machine. Upstairs we find another bathroom with bathtub and two bedrooms, one double and the other with two sunbeds. The porch, with tables and a rudimentary kitchen with ollar stone, is at guests' complete disposal. Under the porch can be placed their bicycles. Guest access All those pertaining to the house: courtyard, swimming pool and porch. The pool is for the exclusive use of guests; during their absence I take care of the cleaning and take a few baths. Other things to note The pool will be open thisyear on April 1st. The house has a photovoltaic system and , at the disposal of my guests, the electric machine column. Day use is recommended. The bedrooms have air conditioners and fans in the others. Mosquito nets are everywhere I have a dog, Era, who does not leave my backyard as it is separated from the guest's by a fence. You can park between the two houses. Another car can be put in my street below the house.
