Rental unit in Edinburgh

This 3 bedroom apartment is set right in the heart of the old town . Entrance to the first floor apartment is through a private stairway, which gives added security & a sense of privacy. Please note some nights there is expected to be a lot of noise in the area due to events at nearby venues so take this in to account when booking. During the month of August Edinburgh is VERY busy with the Fringe Festival so expect noise and lots of people! And of course expect regular city noise! The space Excellent location, just seconds away from the famous Royal Mile. Walking distance to all of the major sights. There are lots of bars, restaurants, and venues around the apartment so do expect some noise as the apartment is right in the City Centre, not recommended for light sleepers! Guest access Guests have access to the whole apartment with private stairwell, main door is on street level then approx 12 stone stairs leading to front door of apartment Please note that parking is not included Other things to note Check in is from 2pm and check out by 10am. Bag storage can be found at Bounce, 43 South Bridge Please note toiletries such as shampoo and soap are not supplied as guests have different personal tastes The apartment is right in the heart of Edinburgh City so please do expect noise as there are lots of bars and restaurants surrounding. Also, during August which is the Edinburgh Festival and Freshers week for students in September the area is very busy I can provide a travel cot and high chair if required As this is an apartment and not a hotel it is with regret that I cannot provide baggage storage for security reasons TV - guests much login to their own Apps only such as Netflix in order to watch TV, No terrestrial tv or apps are provided. Parking- parking is not provided. The closest long stay option is NCP Holyrood The sofa is NOT to be used as a bed, strictly a maximum of 6 across the 3 beds only.
