The cosy oak beamed living room is divided by a large, comfortable sofa into a seating area with an open fire and a dining area large enough for 6. A large selection of games, maps, books and DVDs for the Smart TV are provided and make the cottage feel like a home from home. The well equipped kitchen is situated at the back of the cottage with an electric cooker and hob, dishwasher, built-in microwave, washing machine/dryer, fridge/freezer, toaster and ample cupboard space. The back door leads from the kitchen straight out onto the fells. Perfect for four legged guests. Upstairs there are two comfortable and charming bedrooms with beautiful views. Both bedrooms enjoy high quality bed linen and bedding. Bedroom 1 has a super king size bed that can be made into twin single beds, depending on your needs; Bedroom 2 has a king size bed. The bathroom has a WC and bath/shower and there is also a separate WC. A small patio to the front of the cottage acts as a little sun trap with a bench to enjoy the views across the fields and woods towards Grizedale Forest and the lake in winter.
