Furnished Studio Unit in Makati

My studio unit comfortably accommodates a single traveler or a couple furnished with basic necessities travelers would need in a home. It is relatively close by the airport, 15 mins walk away from major malls, a minute away from Waltermart. The space KINDLY READ EVERYTHING UNTIL THE END (ESPECIALLY THE OTHER THINGS TO NOTE SECTION) BEFORE BOOKING. This will help manage your expectations. :) My studio unit comfortably accommodates a single traveler or a couple. I would love to have you for a minimum of a week or for a month if the studio is vacant to welcome you. The studio unit was my personal DIY interior styling project. Most of the objects in the unit came from one of our family travels and have stories to tell. I wanted to make it as easiest to maintain as possible, light, airy, and with a sense of spaciousness even if floor area is small. I furnished it with the bare essentials so you may somehow feel that you have everything you need like you're home. Side street parking and mall parking are available options. *Monthly rate (with 41% discount!!! :)) is EXCLUSIVE of association dues and utilities. Still a great deal if you're staying for 28 days or more compared to the total of daily rate! To give you an idea, here are the utility bills: Monthly association dues: P2,000 Internet: P1,299 Water: P140 TV cable: P549 Electricity: P2k-8k (this is your source of savings if your consumption is low) Payment of association dues and utilities is upon check-out. I decided to separate this instead of incorporate in the rate so you have the chance to save on the service fees. These are all inclusive for the daily and weekly rental. *There is a train station in front of the building. If you're extremely sensitive to noise, I highly suggest reconsidering booking my studio. *The airconditioner just turned 2 years old (2017) and it is not as quiet as it once was. Expect airconditioner noise in the unit. If you are sensitive to noise, I highly suggest reconsidering booking my studio. *No comforter is provided in the unit. There will be blanket provided, though. If you have other needs or concerns, don't hesitate to let me know.
