Two bedroom cottage with secure garden, finished to a high standard. Main room with king size bed and second bedroom set to twin as standard, but can be made into a superking on request. Open plan kitchen dining and lounge area. Kitchen is complete with dishwasher, over/hob, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, Nespresso Machine, microwave kettle/toaster. The sunny garden has high fencing, with the lowest point approx 4ft by the gate. Grassed with seating area & BBQ available. Dog friendly no limit! The space Open Plan Kitchen, Dining and Lounge Area. The property has off street parking at the side of the property Guest access Off road parking, parking at the side of the parking, suitable for 2/3 large cars. An easy 0.5 mile walk into the village centre for pubs (including dog friendly), fish and chips and co-op amongst other amenities. Less than 2km across fields you can also find yourself on the cliff top next to Danes Dyke beach, from which you can walk along the headland south to Sewerby/Bridlington or North, to South Landing and beyond to Bempton. Beaches in Flamborough are dog friendly all year round, access is limited in Bridlington, but the area closest to Sewerby remains accessible. Alternatively you are only a 15 min drive from Hunmanby Gap which is a long stretch of beach suitable all year round for both families and pets. Please note the beaches in Flamborough tend to be down steep steps or slopes/uneven ground and are not likely to be suitable for access by those with walking difficulties. Other things to note Pet friendly. We provide water bowl and blankets for use on the sofa if pets are on them. Leather sofa’s are used so they can be fully wiped down between guests. We also provide towels for beach use and for muddy paws. We don’t limit how many dogs are in the property, but we ask that you respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum. Maximum of 4 people in property. We don’t limit the number of dogs you can bring, but please consider the size of your dogs and the property. 6 Border Terriers isn’t likely to be problem, but 5 Great Danes is probably a bit of a squish!
