The property is on an open section with a large, flat front lawn. The 4km white sand beach is accessible across the 30-metre foreshore reserve with shops and a cafe/bar just a 5-minute walk away. Master, ensuite, upstairs living, dining and kitchen all enjoy beautiful Pacific Ocean views. The space With a new BBQ for your use, two large outdoor decks, monsoon showers, the beach, bush walks and tennis courts, a basketball court and a full playground all accessible, this is your time to relax, nourish and nurture yourself, friends, and family. (Try the hot outdoor shower after a dip in the sea.) We sometimes get pods of dolphins playing in the sea directly in front of our place - use the binoculars provided to spot them or head down to the shoreline to enjoy these beautiful, peaceful creatures. Upstairs, the master bedroom has an open ensuite, and together with the open plan kitchen and living-dining, all enjoy full ocean views. Upstairs has a separate guest bathroom in addition to another bathroom for the bedrooms downstairs. All linen and towels are provided and there is access to free Wifi with a smart TV upstairs and TV/DVD in the living area downstairs. There is a hot outdoor shower with an outdoor tub and hose. There is an extensively stocked 4 Square, gift/hardware store, bottle store cafe/bar and book exchange 5 minutes walk from our place. The ocean views and bird life here are extraordinary. Guest access Access is to the whole house. Other things to note Switch on the hot water when you arrive, lift the curtains, open the doors and breathe in the sea air. Turn the dishwasher on at the wall switch. Full WIFI access. Brand new BBQ onsite. Boogie boards, bike and surfboard are in the downstairs cupboard, and games and books are in the downstairs kitchenette. The smart TV upstairs has free Netflix and Neon access.
