Country Cottage - Escape to the country and enjoy a peaceful, friendly farm stay with rural views. An easy 25 min drive to Warrnambool & Port Fairy, 15 min to historic Koroit located on the footsteps of Tower Hill. Heading north is Dunkeld a 45 min drive to the Southern end of the Grampians. A cosy one bedroom cottage with queen sized bed, (portacot available on request), fully self contained. Farm managers residents conveniently neighbouring to assist with your stay. The space "Yawnoc" Cottage Woolsthorpe is a modern one bedroom self contained cottage ideal for couples who wish to explore the great southwest of Victoria. (portacot available on request). The cottage is a comfortable space inclusive of a large bathroom with shower/bath, fully self contained kitchen, cosy lounge room and the bedroom has a comfortable queen sized bed. There is plenty of out door space including a front deck and a back yard area which is perfect to sit back and relax and enjoy the piece & quiet of country life. Guest access Guest access the property via the driveway which goes pass the main house. The cottage is neighbouring (across the garden) from our home so if you need any assistance during your stay we are not far away. Apart from sharing the driveway you can be as private and self contained as you wish. Other things to note Yawnoc Cottage is a five minute drive out of the small township of Woolsthorpe. Woolsthorpe has a small general store (papers / milk/ coffee / sandwiches /pies) and a hotel (The Union Station) which you can enjoy a nice refreshing drink along with lunch or dinner . The nearest supermarket is Koroit which is a 15 minute drive. Koroit also has a number of places to dine out. We leave complementary bacon and eggs in the fridge on your arrival along with limited supply of milk, tea, coffee, butter and jams. We are on tank water so our water is precious, we ask you to keep this in mind.
