The meter will be shown at the check-in and check out for you to make sure that you are not overcharged :) Price per meter is as follow: Electricity THB 8/unit Water THB 20/ unit 2. In case you check in on the date of the data collection from the government (water and electricity), you will just pay according to the bill (not being charged by meter) Deposit will be collected at the check-in. The deposit amount is THB 95000 We do accept cash, card, bank transfer, and PayPal. *For cash and bank transfer (thai bank account): NO fee *For card (visa/MasterCard) : 3% which we will refund you in THB cash *For PayPal: 4.4% + THB11 which you will be refunded in THB cash or PayPal payment with the reduction of their service fee. All guests MUST acknowledge and agree with this term to avoid any misunderstanding :)
