Charming concierge house on a very quiet private courtyard in the city center of Nantes. Renovated in 2015. Very Comfortable. Equipped kitchen. Close to transport (St Mihiel, tram line 2) and shops. Note: this Airbnb is also my main home so you have to expect traces of personal appropriation of the premises. The space This house is very atypical. It consists of 2 completely different floors. Bedroom and bathroom are located in a semi-basement cellar with a beautiful vaulted ceiling and a rubble stone wall. The living room and kitchen are above and overlook a beautiful, very green and bright courtyard. Guest access Available: internet/washing machine/ kitchen / table and sunbed in yard / bike
