The space The apartment is ideal for travellers of up to a group of 4 and / or a family of 2 adults and 2 children with no extra charge. We carefully furnished the apartment to cater for all types of guest and we keep the place simple and yet very functional. You can simply enjoy a resort style living complete with amenities. IMPORTANT THINGS TO REMEMBER: *Please allow at least a day notice (Friday morning will be ideal) prior booking if stay falls on weekends to enable us to arrange proper documentation for guess access to the unit. *Once booking is confirmed, all check in guest(s) are required to submit lists of all guest(s) names, adult guest(s) are also required to submit copy of their passport or any valid ID(s) to be sent via email or airbnb to ensure both safety of tenants and guests and a hassle free registration of guest(s) at the front desk. Only registered guest(s) are allowed by the Security team to stay in the unit. Failure to submit name(s) of companions will result in their non admittance in the unit. *Check in is strictly at 2pm onwards while check out is strictly at 12nn. Early check in / late check out can be arranged subject to availability of the unit. *If you are booking the unit on behalf of guest(s), we hold you responsible for informing them of the House Rules and Policies. *Strictly NO SMOKING inside the unit and common areas. If alarm is triggered due to non compliance of NO SMOKING policy, it will incur a hefty fine of Php5000.00. *No pets allowed *No parties *No hanging of clothes in the balcony *Rest assured that the unit will be in proper order upon check in for your enjoyment and relaxation. Hence, we expect the guest(s) to keep it that way for the duration of their stay. *in case the bed or sofa gets stained or wet, a cleaning fee of Php2500.00 will be charged. *For any permanent damaged on any equipments and furnishings of the unit, will be charged accordingly. *Housekeeping service will be provided free of charge for every stay of at least 7 nights upon request. *If guest(s) staying less than a week and would like to request a house keeping service, a fee of Php600.00 will be charged as we don't live nearby. *Please dispose garbage accordingly to avoid attracting pests and bad odor. *Fully functional kitchen is provided for your enjoyment so please observe precautionary measures to avoid any unnecessary incidents. *Swimming pools can be accessed by guest(s) from 6am - 10pm for a fee of Php150.00 on regular days and Php300.00 on weekends and holidays per pax. Fees are to be paid directly to Property Management, their office hours is from 9am - 5pm. Long queue is to be expected during busy hours. No permit, No swim. *Laundry services are available on the ground floor of the building. *A security / incidental deposit of Php2000.00 shall apply per confirmed booking and will be collected on the day of check in.
