Relax at Casa Elsa – Maisons Mimosa, a house with a landscaped garden located in a private residence with a shared swimming pool, in the heart of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. Fully renovated and air-conditioned, it offers a peaceful and green setting, ideal for family holidays or stays with friends. The beach is a 15-minute walk away, and the center of Sainte-Maxime is 10 minutes by car. An ideal location to explore Saint-Tropez, Grimaud and Gassin. The space Casa Elsa is a renovated family home, located in Sainte-Maxime, in the heart of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. We designed it together with my father, an interior decorator, as a comfortable, bright and functional place, ideal for holidays with family or friends. Living areas The house is fully air-conditioned and very bright. It features a large 55 sqm living room, warm and welcoming, opening onto a veranda overlooking the flower-filled garden. The furniture is comfortable and well suited for longer stays. The open-plan kitchen, centered around a kitchen island, is fully equipped: • oven and induction cooktop • coffee machines, kettle, toaster • food processor and many accessories An outdoor terrace allows you to enjoy meals outside, with a Weber barbecue available. Bedrooms and bathroom The house offers 5 sleeping places: • Main bedroom (12 sqm) with queen-size bed (160×200), bright, garden view • Second bedroom (10 sqm) with a bunk bed (140×200 bottom + 90×200 top), ideal for children or guests The modern bathroom features a large shower. Bed linen and towels are provided. Garden and swimming pool The fully enclosed garden of over 300 sqm, planted with olive trees, palm trees and lemon trees, is perfectly suited for families and pets. The shared swimming pool of the residence, located less than 20 meters from the house, is very quiet (residence of about ten houses). It is open all year and usable from May to October, with a shallow area suitable for children. Other things to note • The house is located on a corner and is semi-detached on one side only. • Below the house, near the parking area, a former garage has been converted into a small studio occupied year-round. Access is shared via the same gate, but the house and garden are located higher up, accessible by stairs, ensuring fully independent spaces with no overlooking. • The house has fiber Wi-Fi. • For remote work, a workspace with a screen and keyboard is available. • A house manual is provided to help you be fully independent during your stay. • A local guide with our personal recommendations for restaurants and activities is also available, to help you discover the Gulf of Saint-Tropez as a family.
