My place is close to the city center, the train station, located 30 minutes from Annecy, 25 minutes from Geneva and 2 minutes walk from the expo fair. My place is perfect for couples and solo travelers. Very quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is not functional, but another listing is available with an outdoor kitchenette. (See other listing) Eating and smoking in the room is strictly forbidden... Thank you for understanding. I hope you all have a pleasant stay :) The space type of apartment: F3, 12m² bedroom Guest access You will have access to a spacious 12 m² room with a very good mattress where you will sleep well. Common areas: bathroom with bath and shower plus separate toilet, as well as terrace + private garden For travelers going to Annecy or elsewhere, it is of course possible to come and pick up the keys during the day and drop off your belongings, so that you can then go out quietly and only come back to sleep :) Another pleasant stay for everyone. During your stay I could help you if needed throughout your stay. Other things to note Kettle plus Senseo and Nespresso coffee machines available (pods are at your expense).
