Our charmingly renovated cottage "Siegzauber" offers plenty of space on its approx. 100 sqm 2-6 people. The Windecker Ländchen is ideal for a family vacation, an eclectic active vacation or a relaxing break. Other things to note The vacation home "Siegzauber" in detail: Our popular cottage is divided into three floors, one with double bedroom, the attic with double bedroom and sleeping loft, as well as 2 living rooms, each with a sofa bed. With us, families and groups of up to 6 people will find a relaxing vacation home. Ideal for families with children and possibly accompanying grandparents or friendly families - but equally for couples and small greetings. The ground floor: The 40 sqm are spread over a cozy entrance area, a living room (with sofa bed 160x200) and atmospheric fireplace. A spacious bathroom with shower and an extra sauna area relaxation and recreation guaranteed. The 1st floor: Here are also 40 sqm divided with a cozy SZ with double bed(160x200), a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, stove with oven, large fridge/freezer, microwave) with direct access to the large covered terrace and a guest toilet. The attic floor: There are two spacious rooms on 20 square meters. One bedroom with double bed (160 × 200) and one plateau (90 × 200) and the other is a separate living area (with sofa bed 160x200). Worth knowing: The holiday home is in an idyllic location in the immediate vicinity of the Siegauen and is surrounded by greenery. Enjoy your break on the magnificent, covered sun terrace, sauna in the separate sauna area, or the sunset over the shoreline with a glass of wine on the small balcony. In the light-filled attic floor, you will find a cozy reading nook right under the floor-to-ceiling gable window. At the cozy fireplace, they can end the day in the cozy living room. Both living rooms also have a flat screen TV. From the outdoor swimming pool and the center of Rosbach with its diverse shopping, varied gastronomy and some doctors, it is only a stone's throw away. An additional essential plus is the S-Bahn station in Rosbach, which is about ½ hourly.
