Hello and welcome to this charming little 45 m2 cottage which is my primary residence. Nestled in a quiet area and on the edge of the Pornic golf course, it is a perfect place to rest and enjoy the pool in summer. The beach and the city center of Pornic – to enjoy an ice cream at La Fraiseraie – are not far away either: less than 20 minutes' walk. In addition, located close to two supermarkets - one of which is a 5-minute walk away - the accommodation will make your stay easier. The space Although the house is small, it is nonetheless a real cocoon, ideal for 2 to 4 people. On the ground floor, you will find a real fitted and equipped kitchen (ceramic hobs, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, refrigerator) as well as a beautiful very bright room facing south. For meals, the ideal is still to have them on the terrace, facing the golf course! Upstairs, two bedrooms with 140×200 beds await you: one with a view of the golf course and another with a view of the pool. A bathroom with bathtub completes the floor. Linens are not provided (sheets and towels) but duvet, blanket and 4 pillows will be provided. Other things to note This small house was my main residence and I left it to go to work abroad, leaving it as a furnished rental. The tenant has terminated the internet contract, so the house does not have Wi-Fi at this time. In addition, I had to remove some decorative elements to make the person feel at home, but I hope it will still be as warm. The accommodation has a TV.
