Each bedroom has two single beds that can be joined to make a double bed. Bed and bath linen are provided. Each bedroom and the kitchen have a small balcony. The large 10 m² terrace, accessible from the living room and one bedroom, is furnished with reclining chairs and a table made of exotic wood. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals. The apartment is just a 3-minute walk from Quarteira Beach and close to supermarkets, pharmacy, medical center, church, cafés, tobacconist, banks, bars, and restaurants. The building has an elevator. If you arrive without a car, this is not a problem. The Quarteira bus station is a 10-minute walk and connects to Faro International Airport (25 km) and all major cities in Portugal. Loulé train station is about 10 minutes by car. Aquashow Water Park is approximately 10 minutes by car, and Vilamoura Marina is 3.5 km away. Quarteira is an ideal base for exploring the Algarve. For dining, excellent restaurants offer fresh fish and seafood, and the famous “Lota do Peixe” fish market provides Atlantic fish if you prefer to cook. Recommended restaurants and taverns will be shared. For sports and leisure, you can try kite surfing, windsurfing, or jet skiing, as well as cycling, jogging, or simply walking along the beautiful waterfront. Quarteira is the perfect destination for a seaside holiday. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment, including the living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom, three small balconies, and the large terrace. Access to the building is via the rear passage. Other things to note 1) Municipal Tourist Tax (TMT) In accordance with the regulations of the Municipality of Loulé, a tourist tax is payable by all guests aged 16 and over, for a maximum of five consecutive nights. High season (1 April to 31 October): €2 per person, per night. Low season (1 November to 31 March): €1 per person, per night. This tax must be paid in cash upon arrival. 2) Cleaning fee for extended stays In accordance with Portuguese regulations (Portaria n.º 262/2020), bed linen and towels must be changed at least once per week for stays longer than 7 consecutive nights.
