Villa Fredbo is a historic estate from 1875, beautifully located on the west side of Nesodden, a peninsula in the inner Oslo Fjord. Enjoy sunlight from early morning until late evening in summer, with stunning views of the fjord and a private koi pond in front of the house. The property spans 4–5000 sqm, offering both relaxation and adventure. Guest access As a guest at Villa Fredbo, you have access to multiple rooms in the main house as well as the beautiful garden with various dining and lounge areas. You have access to the following rooms in the main house: 1st floor: Kitchen with fireplace Living room with a grand piano, dining table, and sofa lounge area Entrance hall and a small toilet room A room with a workspace and a small single bed 2nd floor: Small cozy TV lounge/library Hallway with a desk Laundry room with washing machine and dryer Spacious and spectacular bathroom with a bathtub Master bedroom (approx. 20 sqm) – double bed (200x220 cm) + medium bed (120x200 cm) (2-3 people), beautiful view of the Oslo Fjord Bedroom 2 (approx. 20 sqm) – double bed (140x200 cm), sofa, and desk, access to a small playroom filled with toys Bedroom 3 (approx. 18 sqm) – small double bed (120x200 cm), sofa, and desk Bedroom 4 (approx. 10 sqm) – small double bed (120x200 cm), wardrobe, and a small desk Outdoor area: Large, inspiring garden designed by the owner (garden and interior designer) Several dining areas, both in sun and shade Outdoor kitchen: Electric grill and two charcoal grills under a roof, with a large dining table Cozy lounge areas Beautiful seating under the cherry tree by the koi pond, perfect for relaxing and listening to the sound of trickling water A separate part of the property may be used by the owner or long-term tenants. This area has a private entrance and garden near the parking area and will not interfere with guest spaces.
