We offer our guests a beautiful, newly built apartment. The atmosphere of the apartment is enhanced by exposed wooden beams and visible wooden ceilings. The street is very quiet and the city and lake are close. If the weather is not suitable for excursions or swimming in the lake, our guests can spend time with a selection of DVDs or listening to music. The space The accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room and a beautiful kitchen-living room that is well equipped. Gourmet guests should also be satisfied with the possibilities (including electrical appliances, AMC pots and pans). Basic food is available. In the bedrooms are 2 double beds, in the living room a very comfortable, extendable Italian leather couch and an extendable, comfortable double bed. A crib with children's bed linen is also available. Note: The city of Radolfzell charges a visitor's tax of €2.80/night per person and obliges the hosts to collect it. The stated rental price does not include the tourist tax. For the visitor's tax, you will receive a guest card for the whole family, with which many advantages are associated. Among other things, it entitles you to free use of public transport, e.g. to Konstanz, Stein am Rhein or Überlingen. Furthermore, you get a 20% discount on the cruise ships on the Untersee and on other offers and discounts. Guest access You will be staying on the top floor of a three-family house. We ourselves also live in this building and are available to help you. You can use the garden. A washing machine in the laundry room is also available.
