Rustic charming lakeside getaway

The 100 sqm apartment sleeps 4-5 people and is accessible from the ground level by its own entrance from the terrace that has beautiful views of the lake. The main bedroom has a queensize bed and accesses a small ensuite bathroom/shower: the second bedroom has a queensize bed leading to the sitting room with a sofabed for two. There is a second bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen . A pellet stove serves as central heating which is available at an extra cost. The space Casa Latanza was lovingly restored with old terracotta floors and wooden beams and is surrounded by a big terraced property with a stunning view onto the Lago di Montepulciano and the beautiful Tuscan landscape. Here you will have a peaceful stay and enjoy the spectacular sunsets. There is a small vegetable and herb garden for my guests. I also have comfortable garden furniture, a BBQ, free Wi/Fi and parking possibilities. As I live in a separate house on the property I will assist you with making restaurant reservations, give you tips on excursions and events in our region. Guest access The terrace and the garden area with a gazebo can be exclusively used by the guests of this apartment. Other things to note 1. An extra fee of 30 Euro per stay will be applied if you bring a pet. 2. If there are more than 4 guests occupying the apartment the extra cost per person is 25 Euro per night. 4.
