Beautiful town house recently renovated typical mallorcan style, located in a village in the Centre of the island of Majorca, called Ariany. It is a small and quiet village with friendly people. The House consists of 3 bedrooms with air conditioning, 2 bathrooms (1 en suite), 1 living/dining room with satellite tv, internet wifi, fireplace and sofa Relax, 1 kitchen with living room, 1 porch, 1 toilet, patio with barbecue and swimming pool with a fountain and garage or parking. Ideal for families The space The House is situated in the village of Ariany. It is a village in the center of the island of Mallorca, it's very quiet and cozy. The House is old and is renovated. Guest access You can walk around the town and visit different sites, such as the Church, different squares, wells, etc. Other things to note The last Saturday in July is the night fair. In the last week of August, are the festivities of Ariany. They begin on Friday and end on Monday.
