En-suite twin/double/triple,free parking&breakfast

Great for couples, friends, individuals on business or families with older children. Self-check in and breakfast room service. A clean, comfortable space on your own on the top floor. Close to Brighton, the universities and the Downs - a city break or walking holiday base. We're a bit further out, uphill, close to the race course, but with free parking. Walk to town is 25 mins. Near to bus stops for regular buses to town and the beach. 5-10 mins in a car from town or the station. The space You'll love the modern en-suite bathroom, with a great shower, and having this and the top floor of the house to yourself. This is a twin, double or triple room, as the day-bed becomes a large comfy double and there is a single bed too. The double bed can be made up with single duvets or a double. A generous breakfast of croissants, fruit and juice is included and we’ll very happily cater for vegetarians/vegans/other dietary needs - just let us know. Breakfast is ‘room service’ and delivered on a tray to you room at the time you request. There are tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Clean towels are provided. Guest access Guests will collect the key from the key box outside. You will just need to pass through the family hallway and stairs before you get to your en-suite room. You will not have access to any other part of the house during you stay. Please take outdoor shoes and coats off when you arrive and leave them in the hall. Other things to note We wIll continue to make sure the place is kept spotlessly clean and will work to all current guidelines to keep us all safe. Parking in Brighton can be tricky and expensive. In most areas you have to pay at all times. There's unrestricted free parking on street around our house at the weekend. We'll always move a car, so you can park close by with your bags. Our local parking scheme means restrictions between 11am and 12 noon and 6pm and 7pm weekdays. If you arrive or need to park during these times we can arrange a guest parking voucher and include it in your original booking fee. You will then be able to park on street nearby. The loft room is private, but up several flights of stairs, so more difficult to access if you have mobility issues. We've two cats - we love them, but appreciate not all guests feel the same way!
