Masía Tarascó

Mas Tarascó is a Catalan farmhouse dating back to the 16th century. This is what the stone lintels of the doors and windows read, although different remains of the buildings reveal a much earlier date (13th or 14th century). Currently, agricultural and livestock activities have changed and with it the use of the different rooms. The owners, who live in the same house, have dedicated part of the accommodation to Agrotourism, completely independent of the rest of their private home. The space The reforms carried out at the beginning of the year 2000 have made it possible to develop an agritourism in the farmhouse, so that in addition to agricultural and livestock activity, part of the farmhouse is dedicated to rural tourism, in the form of full rental of a part of the building dedicated to this purpose. The owners take care of the agricultural-livestock activity and are hosts of the guests of the Agrotourism, and therefore live in the same farmhouse, although the spaces of the guests are completely separate. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the part of the farmhouse dedicated to Agrotourism, with a staircase and elevator exclusively for guests, as well as the swimming pool and barbecue located in the garden on the ground floor. However, the entire farmhouse is surrounded by a green-forest-garden area, which is a free and common space for all residents (owners and guests). Other things to note It's important for guests to know that the owners live and work in the same farmhouse, scrupulously respecting the privacy of the guests, although, when they need them, it's very easy to find them willing to inform or help them.
