The apartment (3rd floor) of the holiday complex has a cozy living-dining room, kitchenette and balcony with lake view, bathroom and two bedrooms for up to a total of 6 people. Facilities: elevator, TV, audio system, toys. Swimming pool & sauna in the basement. Washer/dryer for a fee The opposite lake terrace has direct access to the water, communal barbecue and bathing island. To get to the terrace/garden, you have to cross a street. The space The children's room is equipped with 2 bunk beds, i.e. 4 sleeping places, a wardrobe, table and toys. In the bedroom there is a double bed, wardrobe and dresser. The eat-in kitchen is equipped with a new kitchenette. Sofa, armchair and TV are available. Guest access You have access to the apartment, the swimming pool in the basement and the lake terrace. Other things to note The apartment is located on the 4th floor. A small elevator (built in 1983) is available. A normal wheelchair without a push aid or a stroller fits inside. A visitor's tax is levied by the tourist board.
