This bright studio of 25 m2, completely renovated in a practical spirit with character. Close to all the sights and amenities of the old town of Avenches, on the ground floor of an 18th century building, on the edge of a cobbled street in a 30 km/h zone. The kitchenette is equipped with a double stovetop, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave (no oven), 2-plate raclette oven and Italian coffee maker. A kitchen base is provided to facilitate the preparation of your meals, including ground coffee. The bathroom has a 90/90 cm shower, toilet and small sink. A wood-burning stove is there to provide you with gentle heat in addition to the mobile electric radiator. Wood is available in front of the facade. The entrance landing overlooking the street is equipped with a clothes rack, ashtray and folding chair. A bike/stroller storage room can be provided. Guest access You access the studio through the entrance landing, at the top of the 5 exterior steps. A secure key box allows you to check yourself in. Paid public parking spaces (1.50 Fr/H. rt max. 3 hours) are located on the street and throughout the old town, but many free parking spaces are also available within 150 m. The train station is below the old town (7-10 minute walk). The Aventibus stops at the train station and serves the surrounding area, including the old town, beaches, the national stud farm, shopping malls, etc. Other things to note Please let me know the reason for your stay!
