The apartment has a kitchen diner with oven, microwave, toaster, all crockery, cutlery and is newly finished. The living room has sofa and sofa bed television and is newly decorated. The bedroom is upstairs via a spiral staircase and has a double bed bunk beds wardrobes and chest of drawers. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and wash basin and is tiled throughout. There are parking spaces, a front and rear patio areas and access to the gardens. Bed linen, towels and toilet rolls are included.
