HUGE HOUSE - 3 BEDROOMS & ALL AMENITIES

Haylynn is a beautifully restored and modernised 1930's mansion, located only ten minutes' drive to the city, beach or airport. My house and home has large rooms, outdoors space, lots of amenities, relaxing gardens and is close to public transport. There is a shopping centre across the road, bus stop at the front door and free car parking. From here visit Barossa Valley, Hahndorf, Glenelg beach, Adelaide City centre, Central Markets, Adelaide Oval, etc. The space There are three bedrooms available, comprising very large room with Queen size bed, and choice of upstairs room with two single beds or downstairs room with one single bed. The Large room with Queen size bed also has a sofa which folds out to another bed if required. Plenty of space for secure parking. All linen provided. Two bedrooms are located at the rear of the house, and one bedroom upstairs. The spacious & modern guest bathroom also has a WASHING MACHINE. Guest access Guests will have access to main house kitchen with all cooking equipment supplied, living room with TV, FOXTEL, NETFLIX and their own spacious bathroom with washing machine. An outdoor undercover area is perfect for relaxing during the warm weather. During your stay Host will be available to answer questions about the local area and for travelling & sightseeing advice. Other things to note Haylynn is my own house and home and I live here myself. I do use the kitchen when guests are not using it, but other than that I don't see much of the guests. This arrangement has worked well since I started in 2016, and have now hosted over ONE THOUSAND Airbnb travellers.
