Description
This small but cosy urban townhouse is a stones-throw from the trendy & vibrant village of Ranelagh, which has many supermarkets, restaurants, café's, a gym, an arthouse cinema, park, etc. Just south of the city, it's a very safe area in general, with lots of families living around, and is only a mere 20 minutes walk, or 5-10 mins cycle to the city centre. The Luas tram, which is very frequent, is 3 minutes walk from the house, and will get you into the city in less than 10 minutes. The space The house is decorated in a Swedish and minimalist style throughout, and all has been thoughtfully designed with comfort and practicality in mind. We ask all guests to bear in mind that this is a shared & lived-in house, so while we keep it very clean, it will never be spotless. There is a key for the guest room, so guests can lock their door. Guest access Guests have their own private room which we've recently upgraded with a small double bed (had a single bed before). The bedroom door has a key, for guests comfort. There is one bathroom in the house, which is shared with the host. A vegan Breakfast is provided, and guests have access to a toaster, microwave, kettle, and fridge, but must adhere to the rule not to bring animal foods into the house to eat or store. Smokers cannot smoke in the house, but can smoke outside on our bench. During your stay The hosts aim to give you as much personal space as you want, and, whenever time allows, are happy to also engage with those who like more interaction. We are happy to give recommendations and help out as much as we can. Please communicate clearly any needs and we will do our best to meet them. Other things to note We have a cat, so not necessarily suitable for those with allergies.
