At peak period (mid July - end of August) parking can be a challenge, but you can park anywhere you want in the village/streets etc. No need to drive to the center of the village for mini markets, restaurants etc. Car is recommended to visit nice beaches around and also for the nearest beach that is Paradisos (400m), however the return trip from the beach is uphills, so a car is recommended especially for elderly people and small kids. Alternative transportation You can arrive in Neos Marmaras by taxi (you can ask us for better prices) or by Bus (3 times per day from Thessaloniki). Limited public transport here from place to place (from beach to beach & between villages). Other things to note The apartment is cleaned once a week for stays longer than 7 days. You will find in the wardrobe spare fresh towels for stays longer than 2 days. There is a washing machine for common use on the top floor of the block.
