Luxury Glamping on the Great Orme

"Hafan y Gogarth " is a Luxury Glamping site designed with couples in mind. A romantic, peaceful getaway set in a secluded, private garden shared only with rabbits and the odd fox, there are no other guests. It is located within the Great Orme Country Park with breath-taking views out over the Conwy estuary and the Snowdonia mountain ranges. Walk out of the garden gate to explore miles of trails with stunning scenery, or take a 15 min stroll down into the beautiful Victorian town of Llandudno. The space The Iglu Hut, your en-suite bedroom, is a unique Nordic design, it is well insulated with electric heating and so is snug and warm all year around. Relax and unwind after a hard days sight seeing in the wood fired Hot Tub and soak up the amazing views and sunsets before cooking your dinner either out under the stars or in the cozy BBQ Hut followed by a glowing fire on those chilly evenings. Other little luxuries to make your stay as enjoyable as possible include; Portable DAB radio (mains & rechargeable batteries) with bluetooth and USB to connect to your music storage device, Toweling bathrobes and towels for the hot tub and an outdoor washing line with pegs to dry your robes and swimsuits ready for your next soak in the tub. Sun beds with towels for a lazy day in the sun. Outdoor seating with charcoal BBQ & fire pit and 3 other seating areas (picnic tables) so you can choose the perfect spot in the garden in the sun/shade or under the stars. Fleecy blankets and a hot water bottle -can come in handy to prolong your evening outdoors. Tea / Coffee, condiments / sauces, olive oil, cooking oll etc are also provided to save you having to concentrate too hard on your packing. All charcoal / logs etc are provided for the BBQ hut, Chiminea, outdoor BBQ and wood fired Hot Tub. The site is powered mainly by solar with battery storage to make it as sustainable as possible - so please avoid leaving heating or lights on when not required, but don't worry the grid will kick in if necessary so you will never be in the dark. Guest access Parking is provided at the front gate with access to the site down a grassed track (approx 100m). Wheel barrows are provided to carry your luggage down to the site (I will be here to help you with that if required). Other things to note Ash trays are provided in the BBQ hut as the chimney fan removes all the smoke, but please do not smoke in the Iglu hut.
