My first floor double bedroom flat is just a 10 minute stroll to central Brighton, the station, the pier and the buzz of what is great about this town. It is close enough to be in the thick of it but far enough away to be a peaceful retreat when you need to rest. Ideal for small families or friends who would like to stay somewhere a little quirky and a little bit cool. The space This flat is decorated like no other... Be whisked away to Middle Earth while having some lunch or join the heroes in the second bedroom. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed and built in wardrobes whilst the second double bedroom has a small double bed. The main living area has a 55” HD TV, Netflix, !00MB fast Wifi, an xbox and a super large comfy sofa to enjoy chilling on. The kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher and microwave as well as the basic kitchen appliances to make life that little bit easier. Guest access The first floor flat is in a block minutes up from St Peter's Church. Access into the building is either through the main door or the lower entrance at the back using a security key. There will be some cupboards that guests will not have access to as they will store some personal items. Other things to note Both bedrooms have full length mirrors and one in the hallway to make sure you look great before heading out. There will be some breakfast items left in the kitchen/ fridge for your use and please use the herbs, spices and other sundries that will be available.
