Leopolda House

This is a 130 m2 house from the 1930s located in Caen center, walled garden, on a private and very quiet street. South-facing garden and parking space. The space You are a few minutes' walk from the hyper center, a department store is also nearby. The garden includes a small vegetable garden which you can of course enjoy as well as ripe raspberries, strawberries etc... The street is not wide, if you have a very large and long car, it is best to park a little higher up the street.....ATTENTION: there is no TV (but internet yes!) at our place and during the winter mode of heating by pellet stove requiring a little cleaning every two or three days.
