Self-contained mini studio in the heart of Shoreditch, the cultural hub of East-end London. Situated just seconds from Shoreditch high street station and next door to the Redchurch Street townhouse, famous for its independent fashion houses & boutiques, City, Brick Lane and Spitalfields next door. The space This unique studio with access to a large rear roof terrace garden is over 40 sq. meters and is situated on the 3rd floor of the building. It is a great space that is filled with natural light, a high ceiling and large Victorian windows that features a fridge, a toaster, TV area, desk, hanging rail wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower. Toiletries, clean linen, and towels will be provided as well as household basics. Being in the heart of trendy Shoreditch there are some evenings when you may be able to hear the buzzing nightlife outside. The place is professionally cleaned and prepared before every visit and features: * Fibre-optic speed unlimited wireless internet * TV with digital channels including Netflix, Disney plus and Amazon prime * Hairdryer & fresh towels * Private, secure entrance with alarm system * Access to Terrace * Access to a communal kitchen and laundry area with a washer and dryer Guest access Self-check-in/check out available through a digital door code and virtual check-in app, guest is required to upload proof of identity in advance. Check-in time is 3 pm and check-out is 11:00 am, luggage can be dropped off before check-in time to accommodate early arrivals. Other things to note The studio is located on the 3rd floor. There is no lift in the building. All our facilities are non-smoking, but the building has a terrace with a smoking area. In order to make staying in the building pleasant for all guests, we operate under a no-party policy. The building has 24h security CCTV which is regularly monitored by our staff. This apartment is on the third floor and requires guests to use stairs to access it and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility. It is right in the centre of Shoreditch you can hear the hustle and bustle of the city.
