A home away from home is what this place offers! Good for people doing a placement at the hospital or a short course at JCU. The space You have a great location that is close to Stockland Shopping Centre, Hospital and the University, and not far from the city. Your room is situated on the bottom floor of the house, and the top floor (where we live) is a completely separate living space, so you have your privacy, with the choice to meet new people if you want. There are 4 rooms on the bottom level, so it has a share house vibe. The bathroom, kitchen and living area are shared with other guests. All the rooms have AC, a fan, wardrobe, study desk and it's own lock. WIFI is free and connected to the NBN. There is space out in the street for your car to be parked. Guest access The laundry is shared with everyone. There is outdoor furniture next to the pool, so you can have your meal there if you wish. Parking is out on the street. During your stay We live upstairs and are happy to say hello and have a chat! Other things to note -This is not a party house, as people's privacy, down time and security are our main focus, but it's great to be able to meet new people and hang by the pool. -NO SMOKING - even in the outdoor areas - Quiet time is 10pm - 8am. -Check in time is 2pm (or later) -Check out time is 10am. -All guests have their own labelled shelf in the fridge, pantry cupboard and bathroom vanity drawer. - only street parking for guests. - a booking a week or more receives an automatic 10% discount, and a booking a month (28 nights) or more receives an automatic 15% discount. - please clean up after yourself at all times (eg: washing up, drying and packing away your dishes etc after every meal), and keeping the bathroom free of towels etc.
