KITCHEN & OUTDOOR ENTERTAINING This modern and stylish open plan designer kitchen allows you to enjoy the stunning water and allows to take in the outdoor entertaining, dining area and living area so you will not miss a thing if you are preparing meals. The kitchen also comes with a butlers pantry so you could have the caterers come in prepare your meals out of sight if you want to sit back and relax. The kitchen, dining and lower living area all expand onto the spacious outdoor entertaining area complete with BBQ, Poolside Gazebo and views over the waterway. BEDROOMS The master suite has a stunning ensuite with a bath tub that you could surely spend hours in looking out over the water. It also has a large walk in robe. Three of the bedrooms have views over the water while the other three have views of the Broadbeach Skyline. All of the bedrooms are ensuited with large semi walk in robes and a TV. They can fish from the jetty or play on the sandy beachfront. With the wonderful Gold Coast weather you can also take advantage of the heated pool all year round!
