The Airport is within 15 - 20 minute reach. Food is around the corner. The Zevenwacht Wine Estate is a few kilometers up the road. Stellenbosch is a beautiful 20km drive past strawberry farms along wine estates, and surrounded by panoramic mountain ranges. Within 15km is the Cape Town Film Studios, which is on Baden Powell road. The space Down to earth abode with basic home comforts. Relaxed atmosphere, not five star setup, certainly not a dump. It is comfortable and situated outside the city. Safe parking. Secure room for your belongings while exploring the Western Cape, or while at work or college. Room has a big built in cupboard with hanging & shelf space, clock radio, computer stand, office chair, and lazyboy recliner which can be extended and used as a sleeper couch for second guest. Has Wi-fi access - but not unlimited. Guest access Kitchen - kettle, blender, toaster, fridge, stove, microwave, food processor. Coffee, variety tea, as well as Oats and cereal for a self help breakfast. Bathroom - bath and shower, soap & shampoo, towels. Braai/Bbq area - outdoors in communal area. Washing lines - there is access to the clothes lines with a key, and there are washing pegs. Parking space - on property, a remote control for the main gate is used. During your stay Am not demanding on your time, or your comings and goings. Totally happy to chat a bit and interact, and will try help with any questions or queries. When out, I can be contacted via cell phone, sms, and messenger app. Other things to note It is a small size apartment block with the usual variety of South African and foreign families that reside here. The garden section has an outdoor bbq/braai, which in summer is a popular South African pastime. Bright yellow Weaver birds inhabit one of the trees with their fascinating hanging nests, and are quite cheerful.
