With its 4 bedrooms (3 of which are double with en-suite bathrooms) and air conditioning, this holiday home comfortably accommodates 10 people. The spacious garden with the mountain view incorporates a private-use Turkish bath, a 40 sqm infinity pool, a kids’ pool adjacent to the main pool, sun loungers and an outdoor shower. The villa comprises 4 bedrooms. Two larger bedrooms each have a panoramic mountain view, an en-suite bathroom and are each equipped with a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table and air-conditioner. The penthouse is designed as a suite with a double bed and a convertible-sofa bed for 2 people. The small room is designed to sleep either a single guest or an infant (cots will be provided upon request). With the additional daybed provided on request and the sofa bed in the living room, this 4 bedroom villa can accommodate up to 10 people. The living room has a wide screen smart TV with satellite channels, Netflix and Amazon Prime. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, pots, pans, cutlery, crockery and many more kitchen essentials you need to prepare your holiday cuisine. There is a table with 6 chairs in the dining area next to the kitchen, 1 additional table with 6 chairs outdoors by the pool under the covered terrace, 1 smaller table outdoors in the backgarden. You will also find a built in BBQ in the garden, by the garden chairs. The villa is situated on Iztuzu Road, in Arıkbaşı village of Dalyan encompassing breath-taking mountain views. The pomengranate trees surrounding our villa renders it a secluded space, not overlooked from other properties, offering complete privacy for our guests. Villa Apollon Panorama is 1.5 kilometres from Dalyan town centre, ideal distance for a short walk or bike trip to local amenities while situated far enough from the town centre to ensure a quiet, peaceful accommodation. Dalaman Airport is 25 minutes drive away and a taxi ride from Dalyan town centre to the villa costs about 20YTL. The closest stop for the Iztuzu “dolmuş” (minibus) is 600 metres from the villa. There are 2 private car park spaces in front of the villa. Arıkbaşı district of Dalyan is situated at the İztuzu Beach Road exit of central Dalyan. The villa is located at 1.5 km away from the city center, in the middle of pomegrenade and orange trees in a peaceful garden. There is free Wi-Fi access all around the villa, inside and outside. We provide bedding, bath towels and beach towels for our guests. We request our guests to provide the toiletries like shampoo, hand soap, washing up liquid, laundry tablets etc. for themselves. We will try to make your stay as comfortable as possible with your children. Please ask if you need a cot or a highchair. We welcome pets in our villa. The guests are responsible of any damage to the property caused by the pets. Smoking is not allowed indoors in the villa, including the balconies.
