In the Natural Paradise, Andrín Casa Floridita

Located in the idyllic coastal village of Andrín, at the foot of the Sierra del Cuera (Picos de Europa) and a few minutes walk to the beach. This is a modern house of great comfort built from a renovated house maintaining the original architecture typical of the area in stone and wood. Fully furnished, it perfectly blends tradition and modernity with very taste. Stays are spread out in an orignal three-height structure and open-plan spaces. The space The house is part of a set of three houses. Being one of the houses in the corner and bringing attached to another house on one of its sides. The house has three bedrooms, two living and two dining rooms, a library that is also a dressing room, a kitchen and two full bathrooms. One of the spaces we like is the private patio, at the back of the house, facing south and overlooking the mountains. The courtyard is enclosed and independent although we have intentionally kept two walls at a low height to be able to enjoy the views. From the house, you can see the neighboring farms or houses and vice versa. The patio is decorated and conditioned so you can eat or just relax reading a book or sunbathing. The rooms at the home are arranged in a three-story space with open spaces. The house is equipped with furniture and utensils for maximum comfort, relaxation and also enjoyment. All this in a unique space, tastefully decorated and ideal for couples, friends or families. Guest access The common areas of the house are very spacious, and facilitate both social interaction, as well as rest and leisure. Armchairs, sofas, tables, tables, board games, books, TVs, speakers to play music, and endless amenities to have fun and enjoy.
