House in Hostens

Welcome to our large family home with fenced garden in Hostens, 45 min from Bordeaux and Arcachon and the Pila dune. The house, 5 bedrooms, is fully equipped for small children (a 20 m2 game room) Located 600 m from the beaches of Hostens (pedestrian path to get there) and the city center (supermarket, pharmacy, doctor...). In the heart of the Hostens departmental area: beach, swimming, paddle rental, many hiking and mountain biking trails, horseback riding, tree climbing, etc. The space House composition: an entrance, a very large living room with open kitchen (TV, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven, induction hob, toaster), and a games room (we leave all our children's toys available) The sleeping area: 1 upstairs bedroom with a 160 cm double bed 4 bedrooms on the ground floor: - one with a double bed of 160 cm, - another bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, - one with 2 single beds 90, - another with 2 single beds 90 There are 2 bathrooms on the ground floor (one with shower and toilet and washing machine, the second with bathtub), a second toilet. A large fenced garden with trampoline and a large terrace with pergola and garden furniture. An above-ground pool 4.60 m in diameter (depth 1.24 m) in the garden to relax. The house is in a quiet area at the end of a cul-de-sac. Everything is within walking distance: pharmacy, bakery, supermarket, butcher shop... It's an ideal house for families with children. The leisure center of the departmental area of Hostens with its 2 beaches by the lake is located 500 meters from the house, you can access it by pedestrian paths, ideal with young children! We provide a baby bed and high chair. We provide the linens and towels (6). No pets allowed (one of our children is allergic). Other things to note The house is a non-smoking accommodation.
