A lovely home with large open plan living area with views over the harbour, ocean and the city. Guests share a bathroom that includes a spa bath and shower. A seperate toilet Shared kitchen with the hosts. Cereal, fruit, yogurt and toast, espresso coffee or tea are included. Hi-grade WiFi, unlimited. For public holidays (easter etc.) minimum of 2 nights stay required. Extra guests are charged $60pp per night for the second bedroom If 2 people want separate beds, please book for 3 people. The space Our home is in a quiet cul-de-sac Great views over the Bay. A nice relaxed atmosphere We have a commercial grade espresso machine for good coffee We do have stairs or else a concrete path. Guest access Access to all areas exept 2 other bedrooms in the house. During your stay Happy to get to know the guests and provide information if needed. Other things to note You must be fully vaccinated against Covid 19 to stay with us. Thankyou We have lived in the Bay of Plenty most of our lives, and are very familiar with the region and what it has to offer. If you are not fluent in english we have a very good app on our phones to communicate in any language with ease. We have shops nearby that include a chemist, takeaways including fish and chips/chinese, Indian, Pizza, Japanese and a bakery. There is also a small supermarket. A very short drive to Welcome Bay hotpools, also another in Mount Maunganui. easy access to main roads and highways.
