The space A unique seaside living experience… Our home offers a seaside lifestyle with plenty of fresh air in an isolated area where the coastline is shared only with our neighbors. Between the terrace and the sea, there is a quiet shore where you can enjoy fishing. September and October are our favorite months due to the landward breezes. During this time, you can fully enjoy the sea, while in winter, the sound of waves pairs perfectly with the warmth of the fireplace. Heating in winter is provided by air conditioning and a heat-chamber fireplace. The ground floor is 106 m², and the upper floor is 123 m², totaling 229 m². In addition to the 46 m² seaside terrace, there is a spacious terrace at the back of the house. Next to the property, there is a private 175 m² garden with a gravel floor and a beachfront setting, designed like a private beach. This area also features a single basketball hoop, a sandpit for kids, and a large sunbathing area. The upper floor includes 3 sea-facing bedrooms, one with a private bathroom, and 1 bedroom facing the back. The ground floor offers a spacious living room with a fireplace/media area and a sea-facing section. The fully equipped kitchen also faces the sea. Guest access The property can be accessed through pedestrian and garage gates. The entire property and the spacious side garden will be exclusively yours. Other things to note • If you need medical assistance, Urla State Hospital is just a 10-minute drive away. • When the wind blows from the land, you can enjoy swimming in the sea.
