By booking this listing, you will be occupying 7 units available for rent in the building. This is the only Airbnb in Korea with 9 bedrooms and 9 ensuite bathrooms. The space This newly-built building replaces one of the first family-operated apartments in Gangnam with a modern experience rivaling that of top hotels while maintaining the homely feel people have come to expect from us. Guest access 10 bedrooms with ensuite baths, 2 kitchens, and 4 small common areas. You will be the only guest group staying, 2 floors of the building will be all to yourselves. On the first floor we have a laundry room including washer and dryer, should you need them. Other things to note To save you money on services most of our guests don't need, we do not include a daily servicing of the apartment, though you can schedule cleanings with us for a small fee. We do not provide parking at the building, but if you bring a car you can park it an the Nonhyeon Elementary School for a fee.
