To access the pool area or gym, please purchase vouchers at the Admin/Billing Office located on the P2 of Tower 5 during regular office hours (9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday). For access to amenities on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays, please inform us ahead of time for voucher purchase, as the office is closed during these times. Only individuals listed on the visitor's pass are authorized to buy vouchers. This policy is implemented to uphold the safety and enjoyment of all guests. Kindly note that only registered guests are granted entry to the Grass Residences premises. Unregistered visitors are not permitted on the premises, following Grass Condominium's regulations to safeguard the safety and security of all guests. We appreciate your cooperation in observing these guidelines. Other things to note Booking Requirements: Please submit any valid government-issued ID or passport (for foreigners) when making a reservation. For children or guests below 18 years old, acceptable identification documents include a school ID, passport, or birth certificate. If you wish to access our amenities such as the pool, gym, badminton, and basketball courts, vouchers can be purchased at the Billing Office during office hours (9 AM - 6 PM, Monday to Friday) for an additional fee of P150 per day. Should you plan to utilize the amenities on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays, kindly notify us in advance so we can secure the vouchers for you. Please be informed that only individuals listed on the visitor's pass are eligible to purchase these vouchers. This guideline ensures the safety and enjoyment of all residents and guests using the facilities. For guests requiring parking, we offer slots at the open parking area within Grass Residences premises, near to Gate 1 guards’ house, at a rate of P400 per night. To reserve a parking slot, please provide the OR-CR of your vehicle and a valid driver's license. Kindly note that we require at least one day's notice for parking reservations. Rest assured that your vehicle will be kept safe and secure in our designated parking area.
